"Service" — the Rolvano website, audit tool, reports, consultations, and all related services
"User" / "You" — any person or entity accessing or using the Service
"Audit Report" — the YouTube SEO analysis document generated by our tools and delivered as a PDF
"Content" — all text, graphics, data, reports, and materials on the website
"YouTube Data" — publicly available information fetched via the YouTube Data API

3. Service Description

Rolvano provides YouTube SEO audit services that analyze publicly available data from YouTube channels using the YouTube Data API and proprietary scoring algorithms. Our services include:

Free audit — an automated analysis generating a scored report with insights and actionable recommendations, delivered as a PDF to your email
Strategy consultations — booked via Calendly, where our experts review your audit and create a tailored growth plan
Paid services — detailed audits, ongoing optimization, and strategy implementation (payments processed via Stripe)

One free audit report is available per email address.

4. YouTube API Services

Rolvano's use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. By using Rolvano, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Rolvano accesses only publicly available YouTube data — channel metadata, video information, and public statistics. We do not request access to private YouTube accounts. You can revoke access at any time via Google's security settings.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information (email, channel URL)
Only submit YouTube channels that you own or have explicit permission to audit
Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to overload our audit system
Not use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our scoring algorithms
Not use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the service beyond its intended use
Maintain the confidentiality of your audit results

6. Payments & Refunds

For paid services:

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Rolvano does not store your credit card information.
Prices are listed on the website and may change with prior notice
Payments are due at the time of purchase or booking
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to [email protected]
Refunds are not available after an audit report has been delivered

By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

7. Audit Reports & Deliverables

Audit reports are generated based on publicly available data at the time of analysis and represent a snapshot in time
Scores and recommendations are based on automated analysis and are advisory in nature
We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will produce specific results (rankings, views, subscribers, or revenue)
Results may vary based on channel niche, content quality, algorithm changes, and market conditions
Reports are for the requesting user's personal or business use; redistribution requires written consent from Rolvano

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, audit methodology, scoring algorithms, and software are the property of Rolvano and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your audit report content is licensed to you for personal or business use, but the underlying methodology, format, and design remain Rolvano's property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from:

Submitting channels you do not own or have permission to audit
Attempting to overload, hack, or interfere with the service
Using the service for spam, phishing, or any illegal activity
Reselling or redistributing audit reports without authorization
Using automated tools to access the service beyond its intended use
Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy our audit algorithms or scoring methodology

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the service.

10. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube API (Google), Stripe, Calendly, and Gmail. These services have their own terms and privacy policies:

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding:

The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of audit scores and recommendations
Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the service
Specific outcomes or improvements from following our recommendations
Fitness of the service for any particular purpose

Audit results are based on automated analysis of publicly available data and should not be considered professional business advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolvano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from reliance on audit recommendations.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rolvano in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rolvano and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
